SEO Analyzer Pro is a browser extension that analyzes the search engine optimization (SEO) of webpages. The Extension provides:

• SEO scoring across 14 ranking categories
• Actionable fix recommendations
• Trending keyword analysis
• Page speed auditing

3. Free and Paid Plans

The Extension offers a free tier of 30 analyses. After the free tier is exhausted, a one-time payment is required for continued unlimited use. Pricing is subject to change, but any purchase made at a given price will be honored permanently.

4. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Extension indefinitely on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license with others.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate usage limits or licensing mechanisms
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Redistribute, sell, or share the Extension or its code
• Use automated tools to abuse the Extension's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with SEO Analyzer Pro are the property of the developer. You are granted only the rights explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the SEO analysis results will be perfectly accurate. SEO analysis is based on heuristics and publicly available best practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
